Thiruvananthapuram: Finance Minister Mr Thomas Issac said that he would present the ‘Green Budget’, a budget with special importance to environment-friendly projects, in the coming budget session. The decision is as an aftermath of the Copenhagen Meet and majority of the projects would be concerning with a minimal release of wastes. He had discussions with the Central Forest Minister Mr Jayaram Ramesh, and a special team from the Central Forest Department will come to the state next week.
