Kalpetta: A dawn-to-dusk hartal is being observed by the Kerala Vyapari Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi and the UDF district committee in Wayanad to protest against the ruling of the Karnataka High Court upholding the ban on night traffic on the Sulthan Bathery-Gundalpet stretch of the National Highway-212. UDF activists are holding road blockade at Kalpetta.
